In the Report sent to you concerning the creation or generation of the WAAM and UWAAM (THE TWO TWIN COSMOI) we referred to the interaction that both Universes. An interaction that became manifest through certain forces or interferences which you had not discovered until now.

 

See page of the said report and the page of a second SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT. Section 112 pages () in which we also mention that inter-influence of the UWAAM.

 

Well then: We must congratulate the men of EARTH. It is a great date in your astronomical annals.

 

The world press has reported that, after long studies, the cosmologists of EARTH have detected the presence of certain FORCES UNKNOWN until now, underestimated and ignored.

 

May this first step towards the discovery of the UWAAM be fruitful, as this vanguard of men displaced from UMMO wishes you.

 

When in 1962 we sent a confidential report to the Pasadena Observatory (U. S. A.) informing it in detail of the real existence of these FORCES and the nature of their genesis, that is: the presence of a field of extra-cosmological influences, the Earth people interpreted this message as written by what you called “some pranksters”.

 

We did not fully know the mentality of certain scientists and your scepticism saddened us. At last we have realised that civilizations need to discover their own scientific truths by themselves, without help.

 

But we tell you this without irony, without contempt for your having had to recognise in the end that we were right.

 

It only remains for us to wish that in time you will go on confirming the other truths we have been revealing to you in these last years, and that you will verify their scientific reality for yourselves.

 

We send you, although you will have read it, a note that appeared on 10 MARCH 1966 in the newspaper YA of MADRID (SPAIN), although the reference given is shorter than that provided by other newspapers of different countries according to what our comrades in the UNITED STATES, FRANCE, GERMANY and ISRAEL inform us:
